Again it is stressed this is a cash only sale – the Cottage is pre-Council & zoned Conservation area (DP) as are many blocks on the Island (no Bank loans obtainable) although all utilities are fully approved, such as mains power connection, phone line, septic system, grey water etc. The block is sandy, very fast draining and suffers NO tidal flooding despite being zoned in a supposed DP area!
